Construction

Construct a new QIfRegisterAction object Call QIfFactory`s registClass interface.

Parameters:

class_name	AbstractControlFlowNode Implementation class name
create_callback	The Constructor of Implementation class for AbstractControlFlowNode which have true and false branch
