User Account and Access Management

The system provides a complete user account lifecycle, including:

- **User Registration**: Create a new account by entering personal information and email verification code.
- **User Login**: Log in using the registered email and password.
- **User Management (Admin only)**: Administrators can view user lists, filter users, adjust permissions (Admin, VIP, Python API Access), reset passwords, and delete accounts.
